A completely redesigned Webair AI app

The web app has been rebuilt end to end — a new Home, a smarter chat with full Cortyx model controls, a visual Company Brain, and redesigned Connections and Settings.

This is the biggest update since launch. The entire web app has been redesigned around one idea: you should see your whole day, your whole business, and your whole AI in one calm place.

Home now greets you with today's schedule, the emails that need you, and the weather — plus what Webair AI has already handled for you. Chat gets the new Cortyx command center: leave it on Auto and Cortyx picks the best model per request, or open Advanced controls to pin a specific model or compare models side by side.

The Company Brain has a new visual Map view — every memory and source, organized into personal and business, with Cortyx at the center routing answers through what it knows. Teaching it something new is one box: drop a file, paste a link, or just tell it.

Connections has been rebuilt around a simple promise, stated right at the top: Webair AI always asks before it acts. Connect Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, monday.com, Stripe, QuickBooks, and Shopify — each card shows exactly what it can do.

Settings grew up too: manage your texting number and daily briefing schedule, choose light or dark mode, and pick a background — nature scenes, solid colors, or gradients — for your Home and Chat.

Webair AI's redesigned web app gives business owners one calm place to run their day: a personalized Home with today's schedule and inbox, a chat powered by Cortyx model routing, a visual Company Brain memory map, and one-click connections to Gmail, Outlook, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, and more.

Claude Fable 5 is now available in Webair AI

Anthropic’s newest model, Claude Fable 5, is now available through Webair AI for sharper reasoning, faster everyday answers, and stronger long-form business work.

Claude Fable 5 is Anthropic’s latest model, and it is now live inside Webair AI. It brings stronger reasoning, better long-context understanding, and faster everyday responses to the same private workspace you already use.

You do not need to select it manually. Cortyx evaluates each request and routes the work to Fable 5 whenever it is the best model for the task — drafting an email, planning a project, summarizing a long thread, or reasoning through a tricky decision.

Like every model in Webair AI, Fable 5 runs against your private Company Brain. Your business context comes along for the ride, and your data is never sold or used to train any public model.

For business owners using AI to draft, plan, summarize, and reason through complex work, Claude Fable 5 gives Webair AI its most capable model yet inside one private AI workspace — routed automatically by Cortyx, grounded in your own Company Brain.

iMessage is now available

You can now text your Webair AI directly from iMessage.

Texting is now live. Save Webair AI as a contact and text it directly from iMessage, the same way you text a friend, a client, or someone on your team.

Every conversation still adds to your private Company Brain. Cortyx routes each request between models intelligently, pulls the right context, and keeps your work connected to the Cortyx Private System behind the scenes.

This is the core Webair AI workflow: no separate AI app to remember, no new habit to build, and no prompt setup. Just text the business question when it comes up.

Webair AI now works as an iMessage AI assistant for business, so you can ask questions, draft replies, and build your private Company Brain without opening another app.

GPT-5.5 is now available through Webair AI for fast, capable answers across everyday business work.

GPT-5.5 is now part of the model layer available through Webair AI. It gives Cortyx another strong option for drafting, summarizing, inbox work, planning, and day-to-day business questions.

As with every model in Webair AI, the point is not to make you choose another model from another dropdown. Cortyx handles the routing and uses GPT-5.5 when it is the right fit.

GPT-5.5 support gives Webair AI users another frontier model for everyday business AI tasks like email drafting, summarization, planning, and fast research.

Company Brain document intake is now live

You can now add business documents to your Company Brain so Webair AI can use them as private context.

Your business knowledge is not only in conversations. It is also in PDFs, SOPs, contracts, price sheets, proposals, and notes that usually sit in folders nobody wants to search through.

Document intake lets you add those files to the Company Brain so Webair AI can reference the right information when you ask a question or draft work.

Company Brain document intake turns private business files, SOPs, contracts, and reference material into searchable AI context that Webair AI can use in answers.
