Delete your data
How to delete your Webair AI data and account.
Self-service · Recommended
Sign in to Webair AI and open Settings → Delete account. A confirmation dialog will spell out exactly what gets removed:
- •Your private Knowledge Hub (every entity and fact)
- •Every chat history with Webair AI
- •Every connected-app token (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slack, Notion, HubSpot)
- •Your account itself
Confirm and it's permanently deleted.
Can't access the app?
Email support@webairai.com with the subject Delete my account from the email address on your Webair AI account. We'll permanently delete your Knowledge Hub, conversation history, and all connected-app tokens within 7 business days, and send you written confirmation when done.
Common questions
Report a security issue
Found a vulnerability? Email support@webairai.com with subject "Security Issue." Please don't publicly disclose until we've had a reasonable chance to fix. We'll acknowledge within 24 hours, fix or escalate, and credit you (with your permission) once resolved.
Service status
We're in Beta and don't have a public status page yet. For real-time outage reports, call (934) 300-1042 during business hours or email support@webairai.com — we'll respond within 24 hours.
Account & billing
Cancellations are self-service from in-app Settings → Billing. For upgrades, downgrades, refunds, or invoices, email support@webairai.com with the subject "Billing."
