OneDrive + Webair AI
Search OneDrive, see recent files, and read document content — by texting Webair AI.
All connections happen inside the Webair AI app via Microsoft's official OAuth.
Why we built this
Why Webair AI uses OneDrive.
Microsoft 365 file storage gets the same treatment as Google Drive: ask Webair AI to find, read, and reference your OneDrive files without remembering folder structures. 'Find the Henderson proposal' works even when the file is called final_v3_REAL.docx.
It's a native Microsoft integration — the same registered Microsoft app that powers Outlook email and calendar — so one Microsoft sign-in covers all three.
How it works
Connecting OneDrive takes about a minute.
Step 01
Sign in to Webair AI
Create your Webair AI account at app.webair.ai (or log in if you already have one). All connections happen after you've authenticated — never from the marketing site.
Step 02
Authorize the connection
From your Webair AI dashboard, click Connect and sign in to the provider through their official OAuth flow. You see exactly which permissions are requested before granting access.
Step 03
Use it from iMessage or web
Text Webair AI from your phone or use the web app — every reply is informed by the connected account, and the relevant context is added to your private Company Brain.
What data we access
Every permission, in plain English.
These are the exact OAuth scopes Webair AI requests from Microsoft — and the reason we need each one. We follow the principle of least privilege: nothing extra, nothing optional that isn't surfaced to you.
Files.ReadFiles.Read.AllWebair AI uses Microsoft's official OAuth flow. You see this exact list before you grant access — and you can revoke any time.
Data handling
How OneDrive data is stored and protected.
We treat connected-app data with the same posture as the rest of Webair AI: encrypted, scoped to your account, never sold, and never used to train public AI models.
- Same posture as Google Drive: encrypted tokens, on-demand reads with size caps, no bulk download, never used to train public AI models.
- Disconnecting immediately revokes the token.
How to disconnect OneDrive
In Microsoft: myapplications.microsoft.com → Webair AI → Revoke (work/school accounts), or account.live.com/consent/Manage for personal accounts. Inside Webair AI: Settings → Connections → OneDrive → Disconnect.
Open Microsoft's access management pageYou can also email support@webairai.com and we'll help you disconnect and delete any related data.
OneDrive integration · FAQ
No. The integration is read-only — Webair AI can find and read files but never modifies, moves, or deletes anything.
SharePoint is on the roadmap — it shares the same Microsoft Graph endpoints, so it's a natural extension.
