- Go to the Webair AI for Slack landing page.
- Click Add to Slack.
- Approve the four permissions and complete the install.
Link your Webair AI account
The first time you mention or DM the bot, it replies with a personal link (valid 15 minutes). Or run /webair connect anytime.
- Click the link or run
/webair connectin Slack. - Sign in to Webair AI and confirm the link.
- Done — ask @Webair AI a question in a channel or DM.
Commands
/webair connect— link your Webair AI account/webair status— check whether your account is linked/webair unlink— disconnect your Webair AI account from Slack- Mention @Webair AI in a channel (replies in-thread) or send it a direct message
Unlink or uninstall
Unlink (removes only the Slack ↔ Webair AI connection; your Webair AI account and data are unaffected):

Troubleshooting
- Bot doesn't respond to a mention
- It responds only where it's mentioned. Check that it was invited to the channel — Slack prompts you when mentioning a non-member app.
- “Link expired”
- Links are single-use and valid for 15 minutes. Mention the bot again or run
/webair connectfor a fresh link. - “Your Webair AI subscription is inactive”
- The linked Webair AI account needs an active subscription. Reactivate at app.webair.ai/subscribe.
