Webair AI is a persistent intelligence layer. It builds one Brain from your conversations, documents, meetings and connected tools, then uses that context inside Webair itself or through compatible AI tools. Everything else — meeting notes, briefings, email, agents, model routing — runs on top of that Brain. The longer you use it, the more it knows about your people, projects and how you work.

ChatGPT and Claude both have memory — but it is platform-native: it lives inside that product and stays there. Webair AI is built the other way round. Your Brain is the durable thing and the model is swappable: the same memory answers inside Webair AI, and compatible tools can read it over MCP. It also draws on your real sources — Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, Drive, Slack, Notion and more — so answers are grounded rather than guessed.

Leading models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Mistral and others are wired in, and you do not have to pick. Cortyx chooses a suitable model for each task and tells you why; you can override it any time. New and upgraded models get wired in for you — no migration, no re-learning prompts.

The Brain is your private, organized memory. Conversations, documents, meetings, emails and notes get filed into one place: people, relationships, projects, decisions, preferences and knowledge. It keeps personal memory (your habits, interests, the people in your life) and work memory (projects, documents, research, the people you work with) as separate parts of the same Brain. You own it, and you can export or delete it.

The web app is the main surface: the full Brain, document intake, Cortyx routing controls and the Agents tab. Compatible AI tools can also reach the same Brain over MCP. And you can message it from your phone — iMessage where available, falling back to RCS or SMS — on every plan. Everything stays in sync because it is one Brain underneath.

Yes, and they run on your Brain. Three kinds are live in the app under the Agents tab: a Website Chatbot trained on what your Brain knows, a password-protected Internal Company Chatbot for your team, and Competitor Watch, which checks sites on a schedule and reports price, product and content changes. Requests are routed through Webair AI rather than sent to a model provider with your identity attached. Your Brain stays in Webair AI: only the context a task actually needs is shared with the selected model or a connected client. Your memory is not used to train public AI models. Every plan gets the same unlimited Brain: unlimited memories and sources, Brain MCP, unlimited texting, daily morning and evening briefings, the meeting stack and its own email address. Plans differ on models and Brain activity: Pro is $37/month on fast, lightweight models with $5/month of Brain activity included. Pro+ is $67/month with frontier models in the mix, $15/month of activity and computer use.
