What an Agent is

An Agent is an AI worker powered by specific knowledge from your Brain. You choose what it is allowed to know, and it does one job with that knowledge.

That is the difference between an Agent and a plain assistant: it is scoped. A Website Chatbot only knows what you attached to it, so it cannot answer a visitor with something private.

02

What you may see

Agents are live on every plan. How many you can create depends on your plan — see the pricing page.

Three agent templates are currently buildable: Website Chatbot, Internal Company Chatbot, and Competitor Watch. Other template cards remain Coming Soon.

At your agent limit?

When you have used every agent on your plan, the builder tells you. Upgrade for a higher limit, or remove an agent you no longer need.

Set the name, behavior, and look

  • Overview: Agent name, Greeting, Model, and Instructions.

Choose exactly what the Agent knows

  1. 1

    Open Knowledge

Use Train on your website or Add from your Brain.

  2. 2

    Crawl a public website

Enter a website address and choose Crawl site. The Agent can read up to 30 public pages while respecting the site’s robots rules.

  3. 3

    Or attach Brain documents

Choose Add from your Brain, select ready documents, then choose Attach.

  4. 4

    Wait for Ready

A site can show Crawling… or Failed while processing.

Deny by default

An Agent only uses items shown in What this agent knows. It does not automatically read your private Brain or connected apps. Only attach information you are comfortable sharing with that Agent’s audience.

06

Deploy a website or internal Agent

  • Website Chatbot: copy the one-line embed code or direct link.
  • Optionally list allowed website domains, one per line.
  • Use the platform buttons for step-by-step install instructions.
  • Internal Company Chatbot: share the private link and set an access password.
  • Changing the internal password signs everyone out and requires the new password.
  • Every agent shows Powered by Webair AI™ in its footer. That line cannot be removed.
07

Use the Limits tab

Limits controls how quickly one visitor can send messages. Choose the number of messages, the time window, and the message visitors see when they reach the limit.

  • An account can currently create up to three Agents.
  • Each Agent can use up to 25 attached documents.
  • Website training can crawl up to 30 public pages.
08

Manage existing Agents

The Agents page lists Your agents. Choose Customize to edit, Pause or Resume to control access, and Delete to remove one. If you reach the Agent limit, remove an Agent before creating another.
