Set up Meeting Recorder
Let your Brain join the call: connect a calendar, set auto-join rules, and get prep and notes.
Every meeting becomes memory
Meeting Recorder can join supported meetings, transcribe them, write the notes and pull out what was decided.
The point is not the transcript. Everything it captures goes into your Brain, filed against the people and projects involved — so the meeting is still useful weeks later, in Chat or anywhere else you use your Brain.
Check what your card shows
Meeting Recorder appears near the top of Connections. The card can show Coming Soon, an upgrade prompt, Set Up Recorder, or Manage Recorder.
Only continue when your card allows setup. Availability depends on your plan and rollout.
Tell people before recording
Recording laws and company rules differ. Tell everyone the notetaker is joining and get any required permission.
