Check these first

Confirm the phone number
It must be a valid U.S. number that can receive texts.

Find the newest Webair AI message
Older codes may be expired. Use the newest six-digit code.

Reply in that same thread
Send only the code, with no spaces or extra words.

Return to the Webair AI page
It can take a moment for the page to show the connected status.

Get a fresh code
- Choose Text me a new code when Webair AI already knows your phone.
- Choose Get a new code when setup needs a new code for the text-back flow.
- Choose Resend code when the pending setup still has that option.
- After too many wrong attempts, get a fresh code before trying again.

If it still does not work
- Refresh the Webair AI page once.
- Check that your phone is not blocking unknown senders.
- Restart setup with the correct phone number.
- Save the exact error message before contacting support.
