Connect your apps

   Open Connections

   Choose Connections in the sidebar. On a phone, open the menu first.

   Find the app

   On a computer, search by name or use All, Connected, Available, and the category menu. On a phone, scroll the simplified connected, available, and coming-soon list.

   Choose Connect

   If the button says Upgrade, your current plan has reached a connection limit.

   Choose the correct account

   The provider opens a secure sign-in or permission page. On a phone, this can take over the current window.

   Read and approve permissions

   Return to Webair AI when the provider finishes. The app should now show Connected.

• Open a connected card to see permissions, recent use, and whether it needs attention.
• Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, and Outlook Calendar can show multiple accounts when your plan allows them.
• Label an account, describe what it is for, choose a default, or control briefing use when those options appear.
• Choose Add account to connect another mailbox or calendar.

Ask in normal words from Chat or Messages. For example: “What is on my calendar tomorrow?” or “Draft a reply to the newest email from Jordan.”

Webair AI can read and prepare work. Sending or changing anything waits for your approval.

• Webair AI for Slack installs an assistant for a Slack workspace. It is different from connecting your personal Slack account.
• Custom MCP connects Webair AI to your own MCP server. It appears when your plan includes it.
• Brain MCP lets Claude, Cursor, or another MCP app use selected Webair AI Brain capabilities. It is included on every paid plan.

Open the connected app card and choose Disconnect. Read the confirmation carefully. If memory cleanup cannot finish, Webair AI shows a banner so you can retry.
