Connect one app

Open Connections
Choose Connections in the sidebar.

Find your app
Use search or browse the cards. Start with the app you use most.

Choose Connect
Sign in to that app and read the permission screen.

Allow the permissions you want
When you return to Webair AI, the app will show as connected.

Connect apps on a computer
The full connection setup works on a computer. If you are on a phone, come back to this page on a computer to connect or remove apps.
Use a connected app
Ask in Chat using normal words. For example: “What meetings do I have tomorrow?” or “Draft a reply to the newest email from Alex.”
Webair AI can read and prepare work. Sending a message or changing something waits for your approval.
Look before you approve
Read names, dates, email addresses, and message text before you choose the final approval button.
Manage or remove an app
Open a connected app card to see its details or connected accounts. Use Disconnect when you no longer want Webair AI to use it.
The number of apps or accounts you can connect may depend on your plan.
