Understand your new Brain

Your Brain organizes information learned from chats, texts, meetings, connected apps, files, and notes. Every fact can lead back to a source.

The new Brain Library is rolling out gradually. If your account still shows the older List and Map screen, your information is safe and the same basic add, memory, source, and meeting tools still apply.

• Overview: counts, the drop box, what was learned this week, top people, recent Brain Pages, and quick actions.
• Memories: facts, preferences, summaries, and things about you or your business.
• Projects: living project cards, including projects you create yourself.
• People: people and companies Webair AI has learned about.
• Meetings: recordings, transcripts, notes, and meeting documents.
• Documents: files, websites, notes, Q&A, and email sources.
• Images: the Brain’s image library.
• Skills: procedural documents that teach Webair AI how you work.

Brain Pages are living summaries Webair AI creates automatically from memories. They can describe a person, company, project, or the way your business works. Recent Brain Pages appear on Overview.

Skills are procedural files: instructions for how work should be done. Open Skills or choose Generate skills from Overview.

Choose Map at the top right of the Brain. The Map shows how people, companies, projects, and memories connect. Select a node to inspect it. Use the close button or Escape to return.
